How to claim your refund:
1. Try your product for at least 70 days from the date of delivery, but no more than 90 days from the date of purchase.
2. If you’re not completely satisfied with the performance of a Skinci product, email our customer service representative at info@Skinci.us. Once approved, return the product (in its original packaging) via trackable mail within 100 days from the date of delivery to the address provided by our customer service representative.
3. Take a “before” photo and video (before treatment, take a photo of the treatment area so we can see how much wrinkles, puffiness, etc. you have before starting your photon or hifu treatment journey), a before-treatment photo each time of the same skin area, and a video during treatment. You will need to take at least 10 photos and videos to prove that you have used the device consistently throughout your 12-week journey and send them to info@Skinci.us
Note: If you are using your device in more than one treatment area, you will only need to take photos of your face.
4. Incomplete, unclear, or unreadable claims will be voided.
Actual postage costs for sending and returning the product are the full responsibility of the claimant and will not be refunded.
5. Once the product is returned, you will be refunded the purchase price of the product.
